Term Of Office Of Member
(1) The term of office of the members referred to in Clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d) of Sub-section (1) of Section 5 shall be Four years. The members who term of office has expired may be eligible to be re-nominated or appointed.
(2) If the office of any member falls vacant prior to the expiration of the term of office referred to in Sub-section (1), such vacancy may be filled by nomination or election for the remainder of term.
Provided that, no election or nomination shall be made for a period of less than Six months.
